Same-day delivery

Whether you are a Pro on a job site who’s missing that extra box of nails, or just looking for a last-minute gift, same-day delivery sure comes in handy at certain Lowe’s, RONA, and Réno-Dépôt stores for online purchases of eligible items.

Add-on services

Our omnichannel focus leads our IT teams to find ways to offer the same level of service in store and online. With the limited in-person interactions, how can we present a similar experience on our websites?

New self-serve functions for a better online shopping experience

When our customers turned in numbers to our websites for their home improvement needs during the pandemic, we launched three new web functions to provide them more control over their web orders.

Innovation serving our customers

In 2020, our team of some 345 IT experts delivered about 240 initiatives to bring our customers and associates at the store support centre, distribution centres, and stores to the forefront of retail technology. Okay, we don’t deliver by drone (yet), but we improve customer experience and service every day.

In-house tool brings every shade of the rainbow online for our customers

Need paint but can’t go to the store? No problem! At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lowe’s Canada was the first home improvement retailer to allow customers to select and order paint online for curbside pickup.
