RONA Launches Parcel Shipping

Boucherville, QC – March 20, 2018 — RONA, a banner of Lowe’s Canada, one of Canada’s leading home improvement company headquartered in Boucherville, is proud to announce that it now offers parcel shipping. Starting today, Canadians can shop on rona.ca and have their order delivered almost anywhere in the country in one to two days. This new service will round out the in-store pickup and truck delivery services introduced by the banner in 2017.

“With the parcel shipping service, we’ve completed RONA’s online shopping offer,” said Serge Éthier, Executive Vice-President of RONA Proximity and Pros. “Over 17,000 products can now be purchased online and shipped by mail. Customers can shop when they want and how they want—in the comfort of their home, at the office, or even from a construction site.”

RONA’s Website Is Now Responsive Last December, RONA also switched to a responsive Web design to improve the customer experience on its website. The new RONA site adapts to the size of the screen being used, so customers can access the search function and department list quickly and easily to find what they’re looking for, whether they’re using a smartphone, tablet, or small or large computer screen. The website also has an updated new look.
