Lowe's Canada continues to support the Véro & Louis Foundation as presenting partner of the Artists' Garage Sale

Boucherville, QC – September 20, 2018 — Lowe’s Canada, a leading home improvement company operating or servicing over 630 corporate and affiliated stores under different banners, including RONA, Reno-Depot and Ace, is pleased to continue its support for the Véro & Louis Foundation as presenting partner of the third Artists’ Garage Sale to raise money for the Foundation. The event will be held Saturday, September 22, on the Place Charles-LeMoyne esplanade at the metro station in Longueuil, Quebec, starting at 10 a.m.

"We are happy to be pursuing our partnership with the Véro & Louis Foundation, which will be building its first home for young adults living with autism spectrum disorder on Montreal’s south shore, not far from our head office," said Jean-Sébastien Lamoureux, senior vice-president, Communications, Public Affairs and Compliance at Lowe’s Canada. "This support is on top of our commitment to donate $1.5 million to the Foundation to provide people with autism housing adapted to their needs."

In addition to providing financial support for the Artists’ Garage Sale, Lowe’s Canada—through its RONA and Reno-Depot banners—contributed to the Foundation’s virtual auction by offering a suite of kitchen appliances (courtesy of GE), a wine cooler, and a tool cabinet.
